Department of Engineering specialized in the developments of the products that we manufacture, equipped with CAD/CAM 2D and 3D systems, capable to communicate in diferent formats with our Customers, is responsible for all the stages of elaboration and development process of our products, APQP and PPAP, productive development of models 3D of products, tools, devices, packings and auxiliary systems. Equipments that guarantee the productivity with to the quality, been competitive in custs and in lead time (boths new development and the approved parts delivered). Ours politics of constant reenvestimento in new equipment, has kept the average age of our equipment always modernized. The Company counts today with three LASER machine, hydraulical and mechanical presses of up to 1000 ton with CNC, connected automatic desbobinador to a 600 press of ton. to stamping parts with thicknesses of sheet up to 8 mm with width of 600 mm. A area of assembly of sets for rebitagem, GMAW and spot weld machines, with four modern robot for GMAW process, for production of parts with high requirement of quality. A automatized painting line. Room of metrologia equipped with modern CMM. One toolshop for maintenance, modification and construction of tools and several devices.
